Join us for a morning MMA/Muay Thai workout with an experienced private coach!

The level will be adapted to the participants, with the base assumption that you know nothing about MMA or Muay Thay, but are healthy enough to do a full workout.

Please note the following: - Show up 10 minutes in advance - Bring sports clothes, no shoes necessary - There are showers - The training session is gonna cost €30, depending on number of participants. It will go to the trainer 💪
